Apple Tree Restaurant has a casual ambiance with comfortable booths, wood tables, bright lights, modern art and pleasant background music. In the summer, patrons can dine in the courtyard, under a magnificent apple tree. In the patio lies the original apple tree planted in 1903. They're open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served all day. They serve an American, Mexican and Southwestern cuisine. Duck, chicken, steak, beef, pork and seafood entrees are served. They have an extensive wine list featuring domestic and imported selections.

Voted best patio dining in Taos. Restaurant is actually an historic house. Get ready to eat your meal in a little mystery room! (I thought that part was cool.) Food made with love and care from locally grown resources. We had burgers and the buns were freshly made. Tasty organic food. Consider making reservations, especially during peak tourist season.
